The workshop is designed to help you powerfully call forth the highest version of your life, while also showing you how to identify and release stress and emotional blocks that are limiting your growth.

This special candle poured by you, will brighten your space and serve as a gentle reminder of your intention and the promise you made to yourself to turn your life ALL the way UP!

During this 75 minute online workshop, participants will learn how to do the following:

- Personalize a soy candle with crystals and flowers to energize your space and serve as a gentle reminder of your positive intentions.

- Release emotional blocks, thought patterns and goals that no longer serve you through journal prompts.

- Create a daily gratitude-centered mantra that connects you to the present moment and your best self.

- Center yourself with breath work and a self-healing reiki practice.

WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR

Evolyn Brooks, Founder of In My Solitude LA is an Emmy-nominated and NAACP Image award-winning television and experiential event producer, journalist, and author. She is a registered RYT 500 yoga and mindfulness teacher with certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Reiki and Y12SR: The Yoga of 12 Step Recovery.
