HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for any item–except custom or sale orders. All returns must be received within fourteen days from the date of delivery. The merchandise must be unused and the original tags must be attached.
Email us at info@inmysolitudeboutique.com with your return request and we will email you back with a return authorization number (RA#). Your original receipt must accompany your return. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. We recommend sending returns by FedEx, UPS or registered mail with signature confirmation.
